If your order has come through correctly we will send you a confirmation by e-mail. Is there no email from Unaduna in your inbox? Check your unwanted/spam inbox to be sure, and otherwise contact us. There may be an error in the email address you provided or we can help you further.

In most cases this is still possible. Please contact us as soon as possible.

We strive to keep our articles in stock. Is your chosen item out of stock? Chances are that it will be replenished soon, keep an eye on the website.

International shipments have a transit time of 2-21 working days. It depends largely on clearance by customs. Transit times to Belgium, France, UK, Germany and Luxemburg (1-2 working days) and most of Western, Middle and Northern Europe (3-5 working days) are a bit shorter.

If you receive an incorrect size, colour or article, please contact us as soon as possible via info[at]ziloen.nl. We will take care of shipping the correct article with a free return label.

Items that are not to your liking can be exchanged within 14 days. In order for exchanges to run smoothly and clearly, we ask you to return the items in question and re-order the desired products online. If your order is placed before 15.30 we will ship the new items the same day!

Please note: without the packing slip and attached label and original (plastic) packaging of the articles we will not accept returns. The costs and risks of exchanging the items are for the account of the customer.

Returns will be processed as soon as possible (but no later than two weeks after receipt). As soon as your return has been processed, you will be notified of this by e-mail and the return amount will be transferred to you. Has the period of two weeks expired? Send us a message with your order number and the Track and Trace code of the shipment. 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

- The article is packed in original (plastic) packaging with attached cards;
- the article is unworn and unwashed;
- you haven't tried to repair a defect yourself;
- the packing slip is enclosed;
- the return is sufficiently stamped.

If the articles do not meet the above conditions, we cannot process the return shipment. The items will then be returned at the expense of the sender.

Items that are not to your liking can be returned within 14 days. The costs and risks of returning are at the expense of the customer. We ask you to include the packing slip of your order in the return shipment.

The purchase amount of the return shipment (minus any shipping costs paid) will be transferred within 14 days.

Return conditions:

- the article is packed in original packaging with attached tickets
- the article is unworn and unwashed
- you didn't try to fix a defect yourself
- the returned is sufficiently stamped.

If the items do not comply with the above points, we can unfortunately not process the items. The items will then be returned at the expense of the sender.

Always follow the care and washing instructions indicated in the garments.

That is a good question! We understand that it is difficult to choose the right size. Recommending sizes is also one of the most difficult things for us, because every body is different. And of course it also depends on your personal preference (do you want it oversized, suitable for growth, or fitted?).

We have placed the dimensions of the items with the product. This way you can easily compare the different sizes. If you are still unsure, you can measure an item that fits well to make a good comparison.

If a product has a 'special' fit, we have added this to the item. For example, the wool fleece jackets are very roomy.

Wool, as you may already know, regulates heat. It is soft on the skin and perfect for children, but also adults! Wool can absorb approximately 30% of its own weight in moisture without feeling wet. This prevents your little one from cooling down too much. This makes wool very comfortable, especially in winter.

Silk has the property of retaining heat when it is cold, and it cools when it is warm. But silk also provides a covering for external stimuli. Newborn babies are extra vulnerable to this due to their open fontanelle, but older children can also benefit from wearing silk. Silk, like wool, feels wonderfully soft. You can imagine that a combination of the two is very nice to wear, for both the little ones and older children. But don't forget yourself either! Wool/silk is super nice to wear in the summer due to the cooling effect. Also as pajamas! Because wool absorbs moisture and silk has a cooling effect, you sleep super comfortably.

The choice to go for wool or wool/silk is very personal. If you get warm quickly, wool/silk for winter may be sufficient for you or your child. Hopefully we have been able to give you some information to make your choice easier. If you would still like to receive some advice, we would like to hear from you via the contact form.

All clothes are of course clean, because they are made of organic wool and have not passed through many hands, as is the case in most stores. But our experience is that the clothes do become softer after washing. We always wash the clothes that are worn directly on the skin, so that they feel just a little softer! We do not wash items made of wool fleece for the first use, as they become less attractive and are super soft already! 

We have a size chart for the sleeping bags, where we indicate both the width and the length. To purchase the correct size, it is best to measure your child from the shoulder to the toes, and add 20cm. That 20cm is important: your child also wants to be able to kick his or her feet! Compare this total length with the length in the size chart of the sleeping bag, so you can calculate the correct size.

We are often asked whether a size larger is also possible. Of course, this is fine in terms of length, but as the sleeping bag increases in size, the neck opening also becomes larger. Keep this in mind; Of course you don't want your baby to disappear into his/her new sleeping bag!

Wool is self-cleaning, but unfortunately it is necessary to take action if a stain appears in your wool. We have included washing instructions for all our items, so that you know for sure whether you can wash the item in the washing machine or better by hand. This way you can be sure that it does not shrink.

For transparent stains, for example if your little one has peed on a wool fleece blanket, it is best to wash the blanket by hand with a little wool detergent and let it dry flat. For all other (local) stains, we recommend working with ox gall soap. You lightly dampen your item and carefully rub some soap onto the stain. Rinse this out and repeat if necessary. You can then wash the product with wool detergent (by hand or in the washing machine if this is allowed according to the washing label). The sun works great for stubborn stains! Place your washed wool outside to dry and let the sun do the work for you.
