RETURNS
If you're not satisfied with your purchased products, you can send the products back within 14 days.
Please note: the costs and risks of returns are for your own account. Make sure you add your name, address, order number and/or packing slip. If you're returning an order from outside the EU, mark the products as returned goods with 0 USD/EUR customs value. Otherwise we are charged for the return and cannot accept it.
In the meanwhile, you can buy the (returned) product in the right size and/or color.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
- the product is originally packaged with original tags attached;
- the product is unworn and unwashed;
- you did not try to repair a defect yourself;
- the return parcel is sufficiently stamped.
If the return and/or product do not meet the conditions above, we can't accept your return. The parcel will be send back to you at your own costs.
